Everly Upholstered Stool
Everly Upholstered Stool
Custom, American Hardwood Furniture
Order real wood and fabric swatches to see how each finish looks in your space, lighting, and style before you commit.
The Everly Upholstered Stool brings a relaxed, mid-century-inspired shape to the kitchen or dining area. Its curved back and open frame give the stool an airy profile, while the upholstered seat makes it a comfortable place to pause, talk, and stay a little longer.
Comfort with a Lighter Profile
The Everly balances a supportive sit with clean lines that do not crowd the room. Its open design lets the surrounding space breathe, making it a natural choice wherever seating needs to feel useful without becoming visually heavy.
Solid Wood and Upholstered Detail
A solid wood frame gives the stool a grounded presence, and the upholstered seat adds warmth and everyday comfort. Together, those materials create a piece that can sit comfortably among traditional furnishings or a more contemporary kitchen.
Crafted for Daily Use
Made to order by James & James, the Everly is designed to support the routines, meals, and conversations that make a house feel like home.

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
