The Olivia Bed is designed to anchor this personal space with a sense of permanence, warmth, and quiet grace. It is a piece that does not shout, but rather commands the room through honest materials and thoughtful design.
Thoughtful Design & Classic Detail
Defined by its four beautifully turned Olivia-style posts, this platform bed balances traditional woodworking details with a clean, grounded silhouette. The classic turned posts offer a nod to heritage design, while the platform construction keeps the overall feel balanced and intentional, fitting naturally into both classic and modern homes. It serves as a beautiful focal point, grounding your bedroom with natural character.

Our Customers Love Us
"I could not be happier with the level of customer service James & James provided. Also on an earlier order with the table, I made a mistake in the order and they went out of their way to make it right."
Solid hardwood furniture, made by hand in Arkansas since 2011
James & James is an American furniture brand founded in 2011 in Springdale, Arkansas. We design and build custom furniture in our Arkansas woodshop, using solid American hardwoods — knotty alder, red oak, and black walnut. Every piece is made to order, fully customizable in size, stain, and finish, and built to be passed down for generations.

Inside Our Arkansas Workshop
Solid American Hardwoods
Every piece begins with premium American hardwoods — knotty alder, white oak, and black walnut — hand-selected, dried, and processed in our Arkansas facility before a single cut is made.
Precision-Shaped Components
Legs and pedestal bases are shaped to exacting specifications in our Arkansas woodshop, then hand-inspected and refined by our craftsmen before they ever reach the assembly floor.
Built by Hand & Made to Order
Each piece is built one at a time by our artisans to your specifications, using solid hardwood construction and time-tested joinery designed to hold up for generations of real family life.
Hand-Finished for Life
Our in-house finishers apply your chosen stain and protective topcoat by hand, ensuring even color, rich depth, and a durable finish that ages beautifully with use.
