Yes. Every sample is solid American hardwood with the same finish we use on our furniture. What you hold is the exact wood and finish we'd build your piece in. Because it's real wood, grain, knots, and color vary from piece to piece.

Yes. Finish samples are also sold individually, so you can order just the finishes you're considering. Fabric swatches for upholstered pieces are available separately as well.
